My writing is reflective and psychologically grounded, shaped by clinical experience, research, and close attention to the inner lives of people who function well outwardly while carrying complexity beneath the surface.
I tend to write about themes such as emotional development, power and responsibility, identity, boundaries, shame, and the subtle psychological adaptations people make in response to early environments, professional roles, and relational expectations.
Much of this writing is intended for people who think deeply, notice patterns in themselves and others, and value nuance over simplification. Some pieces are written for the general reader; others speak more directly to professionals and practitioners.
If you find yourself drawn to psychological depth, nuance, and writing that resists easy answers, you may find these essays resonate.
